C. Wayne Longcrier is the managing shareholder of the Firm.

Besides tax planning and compliance, his other areas of expertise include business, financial, and management consulting and computer applications. He has worked extensively with vineyards and wineries, wholesale distribution and manufacturing companies, contractors, and real estate development companies.

Mr. Longcrier graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Bakersfield in 1974. He also holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He has been an accounting instructor at California State University, Bakersfield.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served on the state Board of Directors of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous non-profit organizations, including the San Luis Obispo Foundation for the Performing Arts Center and the French Hospital Medical Center Foundation. He was a founding board member of the San Luis Obispo Economic Vitality Corporation (EVC), and served as co-chair of the EVC in 1999-2000. He has worked with many other community organizations including Cal Poly Arts, the American Red Cross, the Literacy Council, and the American Heart Association.

He and his wife Kathy have two children, Kristen and Katie.
