Mr. Dill’s specific areas of expertise are in business taxation, business consulting and financial accounting. He has worked extensively with agricultural companies, water districts, construction, entertainment industries, and family businesses.

Mr. Dill graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting from California State University, Bakersfield. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as the President of the Kern County Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

His community involvement has included being President of the American Lung Association of Kern County Branch, Executive Board Member of the American Lung Association of California, Treasurer of University Baptist Church, and a graduate of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce Leadership Bakersfield Class of 1999.

He enjoys sports, camping and spending time with his wife and children.
